I have postponed the development of this site due to fear of future censorship. I don't think I would ever write about anything that would need to be censored, but you never know. I don't want to invest in the blogspot platform just to have it yanked away because a group of people simply disagree or are offended by something I wrote. Don't write anything offensive you say? Well, the problem with that is anything is offensive to someone. All that "someone" needs to do is get a group of supporters and complain to Google. That's all…, if that.
I even have doubts about being a part of the whole Google ecosystem now. Alternatives are being researched, but at the moment it is not looking very promising. While I think Google has the right to reject its products & services to anyone for any reason, but at the same time, I also have the right to choose not to use its products & services for any reason.
